Tweet, Tweet, Tweet:

On November 4, 2015, @rbbsbboffical tweeted for the first time since the final concert. The tweet was a photo of RBB wearing their gold crown, tilted to show both the blue and green jewel, sitting in what looked like the seat of a Triumph TR3 (a car), but this has not been confirmed. It was soon found out that Louis traveled to Vancouver on that day then went to Atlanta.

On November 8, 2015, Louis arrived back in London. On that same day, the account tweeted a tightly cropped photo of RBB in a different car. The car type and owner were unable to be determined because of how closely cropped the photo was. In the photo RBB was wearing its crown the same way it was in the tweet from November 4, 2015. RBB was also wearing their aviators, which had a reflection in its lenses. The reflection looked sort of like a garage and the car door appeared to be open.

The next tweet was sent on November 14, 2015. It was a photo of RBB and SBB in which RBB had a ‘Do I Look Like I Fly Economy?’ pin on their jacket. This was thought to be in reference to the game of Never Have I Ever the One Direction members played on the Jonathan Ross show on November 11, 2015, where Harry, Louis, and Liam admitted to being a part of the Mile High Club (interview linked below). After this interview, the fandom went on about Larry Stylinson small airplane bathroom head-canons. The thought was that Louis and Harry were trying to say that they don’t use the small economy bathrooms or they fly private and therefore have better bathrooms. Also in this photo SBB was wearing a shower cap. The only time the shower cap or any cleaning gear was used it was at the Singapore OTRA concert on March 11, 2015. The Singapore concert was the show closest to the supposed break up of Louis and Eleanor and the fandom believed that the prop was saying that the relationship (or stunt) was being ‘cleaned up.’

On November 15, 2015, @rbbsbboffical tweeted a picture of RBB next to a license plate that ends is ‘RBB.’ It is unknown whether the license plate was custom / made for RBB or if the owner(s) of RBB just found it.

Change, Like, Location:

On November 15, 2015, the profile picture and header for @rbbsbboffical was changed. The profile picture became a photo of RBB from One Direction’s OTRA tour in Chicago where RBB had a one dollar (USD) bill tucked in their jacket. The header was changed to a black and white photo of Judy Garland. There was no real significance found in the profile picture other than it saying that promotion for One Direction’s newest album, Made in the AM, was starting in the United States. Judy Garland has been constantly referred to by RBB, SBB and their owner(s), so it’s believed that this was to remind everyone of her and her significance.

Also on November 15, 2015, the account liked a tweet for the first time. The tweet said, “larry ok,” and was sent by @proudoflarry, a fan account, as a reply to the tweet of RBB beside the RBB license plate sent earlier that day. Most people believe that this was meant to be similar to the bears saying, “Larry is real, ok?” or that Louis and Harry (Larry) are behind the bears. The account unliked the tweet a bit under a week later.

On November 19, 2015, the location on the bears’ account changed from “United Kingdom” to “LA” (Los Angeles, California, USA). This was because the members of One Direction landed in LA to go on Late Night with Jimmy Kimmel.

Throughout the day (November 19, 2015) the bears’ account tweets pictures of RBB with various LGBTQIA+ related celebrity stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. These stars include: Village People, Liberace, and Judy Garland.

Defending Our Honor and Profile Change Part 3:

On the Jimmy Kimmel show, on November 19, 2015, Jimmy introduced a new member of One Direction. The member was a potato. Jimmy made various social media accounts for this potato and asked Directioners to follow said accounts. The fans followed the account as requested, then on the show Jimmy proceeded to make fun of them for following the account/liking the posted content. The majority of the interview seemed to be trying to push the narrative that all One Direction fans were pre-teens/teenagers and that they were easily influenceable. This angered and upset the fandom. Discussions about mashing the arose potato because of this.

On the evening of November 19, 2015, a picture of RBB and SBB was tweeted from the bears’ account. The tweet was a picture featuring SBB wearing a hat that said, “Potato Chef,” and holding a wood spoon with an angry face on it, and RBB holding a potato masher and a label on RBB’s shoe that said “Potato Masher.” The fandom came to the conclusion that the bears were saying that they agree with the fans and are also not happy with what happened in the interview (interview link below.)

On November 20, 2015, @rbbsbbofficial changed its profile picture to a photo of SBB laying on Liza Minnelli’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star. Liza Minnelli was Judy Garland’s daughter.

Tweeting, Traveling:

On November 23, 2015, One Direction won the Artist of the Year award and Best Pop/Rock Duo or Group award at the American Music Awards. That night the bears’ account tweeted a photo of RBB holding a wine glass filled with blue liquid and a rainbow pride flag. This tweet has been interpreted as the bear celebrating the band’s accomplishments.

On November 25, 2015, the members of One Direction traveled to Mexico. A tweet was sent that day of RBB signaling that someone brought them along with the boys. The photo sent was RBB standing in a Freddie Mercury outfit with the ‘does I look like I fly economy?’ button and their aviators. The reflection of the person taking the photo was blurred out of RBB’s aviators, but in the background of the photo there was a large green vase. There were multiple things people were seeing in the reflection of the vase including: a person standing, someone sitting, SBB sitting on a shoulder, SBB being held on someone’s hip, and SBB sitting on a box. None of these have ever been confirmed and are all just what fans reported seeing. The account also changed its location to Mexico.

While still in Mexico, on November 25, 2015, the header of @rbbsbboffical was changed to an unseen photo of RBB on Queen’s star from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. This made the fandom come to the conclusion that the bear was honoring Freddie Mercury as the 24th anniversary of his death passed.

As spoken about before, Freddie Mercury was and still is an LGBTQIA+ icon. His death was caused by AIDS and because of his level of fame lots of awareness was raised around the subject.

On November 28, 2015, the account changed its location back to LA and tweeted a photo of RBB looking at a computer screen. The screen was showing “Walk Like a Man” by Divine. The song is essentially about a woman lying and the lyric the screen was paused at said “she’s telling dirty lies.”

The video was playing on an old Mac laptop. On the laptop, all the keys were blurred out except for the ones that spell ‘rainbow’. The date on the laptop said it was November 29, 2015, while in LA it was still November 28, 2015. This suggested that the laptop was still on BST (Britain) instead of PST (LA). There were also many visible open tabs on the screen including: The Stone..Facebook (possibly The Stone Roses Facebook page), Teddy Bears…Workshop, Twitter, Facebook, Freddie Mercury, GAYDAR, Idaho Potato Commission, EltonJohn.com, RuPaul, and rainbow bear | Tumblr.

Divine, Dallas, and Denials:

On December 1, 2015, the Twitter account changed its profile picture to a photo of Divine. Divine has been referenced before by the bear, first by using Divine’s eyebrow style as a prop and then on the screen of @rbbsbbofficial’s tweet. Soon after, on the same day, Harry tweeted, “I have this some of the time.” This is a lyric from the song “Cherry Wine” by Hoizer and the line preceding it is, “And it’s worth it, it’s divine.” This led fans to believe that Harry was saying he’s behind the bears or at least helping with them.

Also on December 1, 2015, the members of One Direction went to Dallas for the Jingle Ball concert. The account changed its location to Dallas then promptly tweeted a photo of RBB and SBB sitting on something, while RBB read Judy Garland by Anne Edwards and SBB held a rainbow shot glass.

On December 3, 2015, @rbbsbboffical changed their profile picture to a photo of Freddie Mercury. At the time, this caused fans to believe that this change was meant to indicate that One Direction would cover a song by Queen during their filming of Carpool Karaoke with James Corden. Unfortunately, this did not end up happening, and no other conclusion was drawn other than to remind everyone of Freddie Mercury’s significance (link to Carpool Karaoke below).

Also on December 3, 2015, the bears’ account tweeted a picture of RBB at the OTRA tour show in Capetown. When the picture was first sent many fans believed that it was also meant to hint towards the songs One Direction members sang with James Corden. The segment aired that night and the fandom realized their mistake. Soon after this, an interview with Josh Divine, One Direction’s drummer, was published by EW (link below). In the interview Josh was asked about the bears and if he was behind them. Josh responded saying that a member of the crew was dressing up the bears and said, “Yeah, it’s as far away from the band as possible.” The lead photograph for the article was a picture Josh posted on his own instagram account that features RBB. This all led the fandom to believe that the tweet was sent to warn everyone about the denial and say that the bears are in fact not dressed by the crew.

Home:

On December 7, 2015, the account’s location was changed to, “Home, soon to return……!” This made fans think that there were two locations that were being referred to; RBB was home and SBB was arriving home soon. Also at this exact time, Harry had made it to the UK, and Louis still hadn’t arrived there.

On December 8, 2015, Louis landed in the UK. The fandom was avidly awaiting a change in the bears’ account’s location, but instead Louis tweeted the house emoji. The next day the Twitter account’s location was changed to London.

On December 10, 2015, the One Direction members went to Birmingham for the BBC Awards, and the Twitter account’s location changed to Birmingham, suggesting the bears tagged along. This day @rbbsbbofficial changed its header to the photo of RBB with two drag queens from October 10, 2015.

Holiday Season:

Also on December 10, 2015, the bears’ account posted a photo of RBB dressed as santa.

On December 12, 2015, the Twitter account changed its profile picture to The Judy Garland Christmas Album cover. This album wasn’t studio recorded but a compilation of Judy singing holiday songs live. This change gave the fandom hope that One Direction would be releasing a holiday album. Unfortunately, this did not happen.

On December 12, 2015 the location on the Twitter account was changed to ‘RBB Residence.’ This was changed a few days before the One Direction members would officially be on a break, so fans assumed RBB went home with SBB and that they were resting.

Note:

This was originally promised to be a three-part series, but since there is so much content we need to make it a four-part series! Check out No Stunts magazine for the final part of the series in the near future!
